Over 12,500 people across the district blighted by chronic smoking-related lung diseases

Bradford residents are being warned that cancer isn’t the only risk to smoking with 12,729 people currently registered as having Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). Throw away ‘dangerous’ hoverboards, Amazon tells customers

Amazon has emailed some customers telling them to dispose of the hoverboards they’ve purchased and request a refund. Any customer who bought a hoverboard with a “non-compliant” UK plug is being sent an email by the retailer saying the devices are “unsafe” for use. The UNESCO World Heritage site of Saltaire has come third in a competition to find England’s Greatest Place. The competition, run by the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI), chose the top three from more than 200 hundred original entries.
