Bradford based Mangla Jewellers have won the ‘Traditional Jewellers of the Year’ award for the second year running at the prestigious Asian Wedding Awards 2018, held at the luxury Sheraton hotel in London on the 18th February.
Now in its second year, the awards ceremony aims to celebrate the hard work and commitment of Britain’s ever-expanding Asian wedding industry and recognise those who go above and beyond to make a couple’s special day the best it can possibly be.
The evening showcased and celebrated the finalists’ sheer determination and hard work alongside the personal and commercial achievements of individuals and organisations whose work often goes unrecognised.
Mukhtar Ahmed, of Mangla Jewellers told Urban Echo: “This is not only great news for us as a family run business but it is also great news for our city. The fact that Bradford has been recognised as a leader in the British Asian wedding scene is very positive.
“I would like to thank Oceanic Consulting and the awards ceremony for acknowledging all the hard work we have done and continue to do so.”
Fizan Ahmed, Director of Mangla Jewellers said: “The team at Mangla Jewellers would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for all their support and valued custom.
“With your continued support in 2017 where we awarded the ‘Best Asian Jeweller Award’, and now we are equally delighted to have won the award again for 2018, we would like to once again thank you all for your kind support and custom.”
