Nine Men Jailed For Over 132 Years For Abuse Of Two Girls

Nine men have been jailed for a total of over 132 years after they were found guilty of sexually abusing two young girls. The sentences were passed at Bradford Crown Court today (Wednesday) following a trial which began in early January and ended yesterday (Tuesday). Basharat Khaliq, 38, of Glaisdale Court, Allerton, Bradford, was found guilty of five counts of rape and one count of assault by penetration. He was jailed for 20 years. Combined Jail Sentences of More Than 94 years After Covert Police Operation In Bradford

A covert police operation targeting drug trafficking in West Yorkshire, has seen over £1.9 Million worth of heroin and cocaine seized and those responsible jailed for a combined total of more than 94 years. The operation ran from February 2017 to March 2018 and over 27 kg of class A, high purity drugs seized by officers from the Force’s Programme Precision Team. Carlton Bolling College win cyber crime schools competition

Carlton Bolling College have been crowned as the winners of the West Yorkshire Police and the Police and Crime Commissioner’s latest schools cyber crime competition! I launched an innovative animation project in January which is specifically designed to safeguard children in West Yorkshire from exploitation and abuse. Criminals Hit With £25k Proceeds of Crime Bill

Two men who were jailed last year following a money laundering investigation have been ordered to repay more than £25,000.
